Monterey County Fair
September 2 - 7, 2015
"Party with the Animals" is the theme for the 78th Annual Monterey County Fair from August 27 - September 1, 2014 at the Monterey County Fair and Event Center in Monterey, California.
In addition to rousing family entertainment, carnival rides, games, and fun Fair-food, the fair provides an opportunity to celebrate Monterey County's unique history and heritage, from the aquaculture of Monterey's coast to the abundant produce and wines from its agriculture, and the wonderful home art exhibits to the excitement of the livestock competitions.
Fun for all ages attractions are a staple for county fair carnivals, and the Monterey County Fair is no exception! Helm and Sons Amusements will offer a stellar line-up of new action-packed amusement rides and improved games including the Century Wheel (the largest wheel to ever grace the Monterey County Fairgrounds), the Lolli-Swing, the Cliff Hanger, and the Zipper. Rides not your "thing"? Take a stroll through the Haunted Mansion! The little ones will enjoy Baja Buggies and Busy Bees.
