Around the turn of the century a health center was developed on our grounds, the hot, dry air of the Arroyo Seco Highlands furnishing a soothing haven for many. It is said that Teddy Roosevelt stayed here during that time. In 1927 California Senator Fred Weybret purchased the property and constructed the beautiful redwood and stone ranch house that exists today. The buildings and gardens have been recently restored to their former grandeur. A perfect setting for your family, corporate, or retreat getaway.
Our private vineyard estate is available for exclusive family and group getaways. Nearly 14 acres of fenced property includes a working vineyard, boutique winery and trout pond, a 5 bedroom main house, a 1 bedroom cottage and separate guest quarters. Stroll through the lush gardens and marvel at the 300 year old oaks, swim in our long deep lap pool or soak in the spa. Relax on the outdoor terraces overlooking the Arroyo Seco River Highlands. The estate has lawns for croquet and a place for bocce, basketball and horse shoes. Trails wind through the vineyards and biking, hiking and river exploration are close outside the gate.
The estate is available for weekly rentals throughout the year, with sleeping accommodations for up to 15 people. Camping is also allowed. The property is reserved exclusively for your use during your stay. Guest chefs, wine tasting, massage and yoga available on request.
