DNA Entertainment was created in 1998 by two enthusiastic disc jockeys with a passion for music. Since then, we have become one of the largest mobile DJ and Entertainment services in Northern California.Our DJs are full time DNA employees, allowing DNA to guarantee that at every event, you will be working with an entertainer that upholds the values instilled by the DNA founders, not a contractor we have hired out. We have a dedicated fleet of vehicles with backup equipment onboard each one.
We strive to provide professional service and a fun attitude while maintaining the lowest prices possible. Always on time with the state of the art equipment, DNA Entertainment promises a successful, entertaining, and hassle-free event.
We are based out of Carmel; however, our service area includes all of Monterey Peninsula, Santa Cruz County, and the Bay Area.

DNA Entertainment works in partnership with local bands, singers, dancers, and other entertainers throughout California.
Bar Mitzvahs / Bat Mitzvahs
DNA Disc Jockey service understands the importance of this day for your son or daughter. We have a very large selection of music for the entire party, including traditional Jewish music.
We will gladly coordinate any candle lighting ceremonies with you so that your chosen songs are ready, in order. Our DJ’s are also capable of playing games with the crowd.
Birthday Parties
DNA Entertainment is ready to make your birthday party one to remember! We have provided entertainment services ranging from sweet 16 celebrations to surprise 80th birthday parties to quinceñera fiestas. Equipment Rentals
At DNA Entertainment, we can provide you with all the Audio/Video equipment needed for your event. We will even include setup and take down for no additional cost.
Karaoke
DNA Entertainment are professional KJ’s. We spend quality time setting up our equipment for optimal sound quality to ensure each and every karaoke performance is a great one.
We offer karaoke either as an additional system to our DJ services or a standalone system for karaoke-only parties. We have over 30,000 of the most popular songs to choose from, and our system includes a 23” flat screen monitor and (2) wireless microphones.
Lighting
The talented and professional lighting staff at DNA Entertainment is pleased to present a variety of lighting packages to improve and enhance the ambiance of every occasion. From up-lighting to spot lighting, perimeter lighting to stage lighting, DNA Entertainment has the proper solution to any lighting need.
After a thorough inspection of the grounds, DNA Entertainment’s lighting staff will provide a non-intrusive lighting setup in the finest locations possible. Consistent with DNA’s mission to provide superior quality with the best prices, lighting setup and takedown are included in every package.

Video Montage
A video montage adds a special touch to any celebration. Montages combine media such as video, pictures, sound clips, and music into one moving creation. When complete, you will have a beautifully edited slide show DVD.
DNA Entertainment uses high quality scanners to capture your media. Once everything is organized to your creative specifications, top of the line DVD production software is used to create your final production.
Our package includes an 8′x8′ tripod screen, LCD projector, and DVD player. Our AV specialist will setup your video montage to be shown during your event.
Videography
DNA Entertainment is ready to provide you with elegant videography services for any occasion. With over 30 years experience and degree’s in film production, our videographers will create a beautifully produced DVD telling the story of your special day.
Specializing in weddings, DNA Entertainment will non-intrusively create a skillfully edited, documentary style DVD of your wedding, including your rehearsal, ceremony, and reception.
Because our videographers works exclusively with DNA Entertainment DJ’s, your video will always incorporate all music and speeches in digital format, directly from our professional sound system.

Weddings
We understand that your wedding day will be one of the most important days of your life. At DNA Entertainment, we strive to make your Monterey wedding experience as enjoyable as possible.
It is our pleasure to meet with our clients and plan their reception music from grand entrance to last dance. We will take care of all announcements and coordination of events. Once your wedding reception planner is filled out, our DJ’s will know exactly what to do and when to do it.
DNA Entertainment can also enhance your wedding ceremony by providing a state of the art sound system. This will include background music as wedding guests arrive, processional and recessional music, and lavaliere (clip-on) wireless microphones. Once our ceremony planner is filled out, our wedding DJ’s will know exactly what to do and when to do it.
