TriCord Tradeshow Services was formed In 1999 when owners Larry Bell and Mike Grim merged Monterey Transfer Show Division with Monterey Convention and Exhibit Services. This partnership created a high quality service provider with the resources and experience to service the whole region. Their goal; to provide the best service possible. This dedicated approach to customer support has helped thousands of associations, corporations and individual exhibitors with their exhibit and event marketing needs.
TriCord is a General Exhibit Service Contractor based in California. Our purpose is to service show managers & exhibitors in the very fast paced, exciting environment of the Tradeshow industry.

Show Management
Everyone knows that problems arise, but with a major event on your horizon, the last thing you need is an unexpected issue with the delivery and set up of your materials and booths. Whether it’s weeks in advance or years, TriCord’s Show Management Services addresses all aspects of the planning and support you and your exhibitors need for a successful event. We begin by completing initial site surveys, developing your timeline and designing the best floor plan to meet your needs. We help you organize by keeping track of your exhibitors and freight, and then coordinate the delivery of freight and registration materials with the show’s schedule. And for the event, we provide registration furniture, attention-grabbing signage, association booths and electricity, all at show manager discounts.
We provide support by phone, email and Internet for all stages of event planning development, and always are available to assist with issues during planning, the event and even after your event is complete. Our attention to personal detail and service set us ahead of large decorating companies, and it’s why we win the loyalty of more and more event-planning groups every year.
Exhibitor Services
TriCord's Exhibitor Services provide all you need to successfully decorate your exhibit space. From here you can learn about the goods and services we offer to maximize your impact at your event. View the options of furniture and custom displays, carpeting, electricity, plants, draped tables and counters, material handling and everything else you need for an effective exhibit.
Remember, we are here Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Pacific Standard Time to answer any questions and assist you in the ordering process. By giving a means of "single source shopping" we are able to let our clients order more efficiently, effectively and easily. We look after the details so you don't have to. When you order services with us, you can be sure that the best will be set and waiting for you in your booth when you arrive.
