Enjoy lunches, dinners and wine tastings. Educate yourself with cooking demonstrations. Experience the most legendary grand tasting the California coast has ever seen. The Kick-Off

Pebble Beach Food and Wine kicks off on Thursday with two fabulous events that marry the theme of the weekend with its spectacular setting.

The first event of the weekend is the Celebrity Chef/Winemaker Golf Tournament at the famed Pebble Beach Golf Links, pitting the stars of the gastronomic firmament against each other, and against Pebble Beach Food and Wine attendees.

Thursday evening, the famous Inn at Spanish Bay becomes a beautiful backdrop for an exploration of outstanding food and wine. The Opening Night Reception features food from 20 top chefs. Over 200 wines are available for tasting.

Wine Tastings

With 22 dedicated wine tastings over the course of the weekend, Pebble Beach Food and Wine is the perfect place for the true wine connoisseur. Whether you prefer to compare a broad spectrum of wines within a certain varietal, discover the diverse range of wines that one winery can produce, or taste how different the same wine from the same vineyard can be depending on the vintage, Pebble Beach Food and Wine offers the experience you're looking for. Whatever tasting you visit, you're assured to be trying the finest wines the world has to offer.

Cooking Demonstrations

Pebble Beach Food and Wine is your opportunity to learn cooking techniques and skills directly from renowned chefs like Wolfgang Puck, Thomas Keller, Jacques Pépin, Ming Tsai, Charlie Trotter, Michael Chiarello, Laura Werlin, Michael Symon, and Tyler Florence. Each chef will give a demonstration that shows off his or her unique skills, providing you with insights you can use in your own kitchen.

Lunches

Experience extravagant cuisine in exquisite restaurants with exceptional views of the Pacific coastline and the famed golf courses of Pebble Beach. Celebrity chefs unite to create delectable lunches, each one united around a specific theme. Your wine (or, in the case of the Best of Belgium lunch, beer) will, of course, be perfectly matched to your meal.

Dinners

Dinners at Pebble Beach Food and Wine provide the best in fine dining. Whether your meal showcases the award-winning wines of Beringer Vineyards or the rarest culinary delicacies, you are sure to have the ultimate gastronomic experience.

Lexus Grand Tastings

You'll have the opportunity to taste over 300 wines while you rub elbows with the stars of the culinary firmament at Sunday's Lexus Grand Tasting. Get your favorite cookbook signed by your favorite chef, or have your picture taken side-by-side with her, all while you try outrageously delicious tidbits the top toques have cooked up especially for the event.
