As Monterey County continues to set the bar for sustainable business practices and standards, CSUMB is hosting the first Sustainable Hospitality Development Symposium on Thursday, February 23. In partnership with Costa Rica, visionaries and community leaders will gather to discuss topics such as sustainable hospitality, ecotourism and eco-recreation development and opportunities. Congressman Jimmy Panetta, Julie Packard of the Monterey Bay Aquarium and Allison Gosselin of Aramark Leisure Services are among the list of notable speakers.
