Aceves is the Owner of Crema: Espresso Bar, Brunch and Lunch Restaurant and Special Events venue in historic Pacific Grove and catering and events company, La Crème Monterey.  With 30+ years in hospitality, fine dining and events, Tamie, a Certified Wedding Planner with over 20 of experience managing large-scale events and culinary operations, has helped produce weddings that have appeared in numerous on-line and print publications and is the exclusive caterer for the popular wedding and events location, The Holly Farm in Carmel Valley.

As a native of Monterey County, Tamie is an active member of her community, supporting many local organizations and causes including: CASA Voices for Children, the Pacific Grove Public Library, Pacific Grove High School Athletics, My Museum and local military family groups, as well as schools throughout the area and youth art programs.
