Oktoberfest Monterey Bay

Saturday, September 14

It's simply not fall until you have been to an Oktoberfest and Monterey's rendition is no joke. The Barnyard Shopping Village in Carmel turns into a mini-Munich with mouth-watering German food and beers, fun filled activities including Dachshund races, Ms. Oktoberfest contests and live music. Tickets are $20 and kicks off at noon.

Get into the fall spirit as you watch the sunset and the Harvest Moon rise at Earthbound Farm in Carmel Vallley. Build a pumpkin pyramid, enjoy live bites and peruse through their organic produce. The event is 6pm-8pm and admission is $10.

Oktoberfest at Peter B's Brewpub

Peter B's Brewpub is offering you two separate weekends to enjoy Oktoberfest treats and entertainment. Partake in beer specials, bratwursts and live music from the Monterey International Duo from 6pm-9pm.

Steinbeck Pastures of Heaven Dinner

Thursday, September 26

Hear stories about the legendary John Steinbeck and his ties to the area during a special storytelling dinner at Tarpy's Roadhouse. The four course dinner will also include wine pairings and a live auction. The event is 6pm-9pm and is $85.


Fall Festival

Saturday, October 5

Kick off the harvest season and bring the kiddos out to The Farm in the Salinas Valley. Their Fall Festival features live puppet shows at 10:30am and 11:30am and 12:30pm and pumpkin races at 12pm, free hayrides until 2pm and cow-train rides for $5.

Saturday, October 12

A bountiful Harvest Feast is going down at Joullian Vineyards today. Their Cachagua winery in the heart of Carmel Valley will play host to tractor tours, barrel tastings, a delicious lunch, games, prizes and more! The event runs 12pm-4pm and tickets are $50 in advance.

Meet the Makers

Saturday, October 12

Meet Carmel-by-the-Sea artists and local winemakers along the Carmel Art Walk at the first ever "Meet the Makers" event. Stroll through charming downtown Carmel-by-the-Sea and meet the artists who carry on the artist colony legacy and tour their galleries, while sipping Monterey County wines. Look for the blue lanterns to find participating art galleries! The free event runs from 5pm to 8pm. Wine tastings are $10.

Hahn Harvest Celebration

Saturday, October 12

Hahn Family Wines invites you to experience the fruits of their labor, and incredible views of the Salinas Valley, during their annual Harvest Celebration. Here you can sip on delicious wines, indulge in a pig roast and buffet, listen to live music and enjoy walking tours of the winery from 12pm-3pm.
