The Carmel Jewish Film Festival kicks off on Saturday with an amusing movie lineup spanning various venues throughout the county. Calling all comedians! The Pink Flamingo Theatre hosts their monthly Open Mic Night for a hysterical night of amateur stand-up comedy. 7:30pm. 2115 North Fremont Ave #C, Monterey. $10 for audience.

Love classic cars? Head to the 3rd Annual Cars in the Park Car Show at Vince DiMaggio Park in Marina. The show is open to all 1976 and earlier foreign and domestic cars and all modern two-door muscle cars. Indulge on Irish inspired dishes and drinks during a special St. Patrick’s Day themed Monterey Bay Food Tour. Stroll through historic Monterey and sample bites from an array of local restaurants with an Irish twist. 11am-2pm. Custom House, 1 Custom House Plaza, Monterey.  $95.

Irish rockers Molly’s Revenge return to St. Mary's Church in Pacific Grove on St. Paddy’s Day for an afternoon of Celtic jams and dancing. Irish dishes and Guinness beer will also be available for purchase. $25 in advance and $28 at the door. 

Get your fix of all things Irish at local watering hole Peter B's Brewpub. Today they bring out specials like their corned beef and cabbage and crazy deals on beer and bites!
