In this woodland sanctuary, guides from the Monterey Bay Meditatino Studio gather to “let this be enough for now,” to turn attention to silence and listening, and to become conscious of what is resting in stillness. 4pm-5pm. 1000 Congress Avenue, Pacific Grove.
