The FIM Superbike World Championship returns to Monterey this weekend! WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca will be humming with the sounds of motorcycles for the only Superbike World Championship appearance in the United States. The international and national two-wheel extravaganza is a spectacular demonstration of rider and machine working as one, with championship implications both in the United States and on the world scene. California’s oldest music festival, the Carmel Bach Festival, celebrates its rich history with 15 days of performances, talks and educational events. As always, the focus is on J.S. Hello Dolly graces the stage at Carmel’s outdoor Forest Theater this weekend! This musical comedy features an array of popular local actors all set at the charming outdoor theater. Friday and Saturday at 7:30pm and Sunday at 5:30pm. San Carlos Avenue at 8th Street, Carmel by the Sea. $30.

Start off your weekend on the right foot with a free walking tour at Asilomar Conference Grounds. The 75 minute hike showcases historic highlights of the iconic property. Saturday and Sunday at 10am. 800 Asilomar Avenue, Pacific Grove. Free event.

Get your bloom on with a scenic wildflower hike through the Asilomar Dunes Natural Preserve. During the docent led hike you will learn about common wildflowers in the area and the ecosystem of the dunes. Saturday and Sunday at 1:30pm-2:30pm. 800 Asilomar Avenue, Pacific Grove. Free event.

Grab that cowboy hat and get ready to jam to one of country’s hottest superstars!
