One of the premiere automobile events throughout the weekend is the Rolex Motorsports Reunion at WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca. See vintage and rare race cars take to the track to see what they were really intended to do… race! Thursday-Sunday. 1021 Monterey-Salinas Highway, Salinas. $60-$120.

Rolex Reunion Car Week

Start off your weekend on the right foot with a free walking tour at Asilomar Conference Grounds. The 75 minute hike showcases historic highlights of the iconic property. Saturday and Sunday at 10am. 800 Asilomar Avenue, Pacific Grove. Free event. 

Get your bloom on with a scenic wildflower hike through the Asilomar Dunes Natural Preserve. During the docent led hike you will learn about common wildflowers in the area and the ecosystem of the dunes. Saturday and Sunday at 1:30pm-2:30pm. 800 Asilomar Avenue, Pacific Grove. Free event. 


Love German-made cars? Then head to The Club at Pasadera for Legends of the Autobahn where over 400 BMWs, Mercedes and Audis will be on display. 9am-3pm. 100 Pasadera Drive, Monterey. Free to spectators. 

Pacific Grove’s iconic Lighthouse Avenue becomes a classic car paradise during the Pacific Grove Concours Auto Rally this afternoon. Over 200 vintage and exotic automobiles will be set along the picturesque Victorian storefronts before they embark on a short ride around town. 5pm-6pm. Lighthouse Avenue, Pacific Grove. Free to spectators.

Kick off the weekend under the stars while enjoying live music, cocktails, small plates, and more at Jacks Monterey. There new, pet-friendly terrace features bistro lighting, fire pits, and comfortable seating. 6pm-9pm. 2 Portola Plaza, Monterey. Free event. 

The Golden State Theatre in downtown Monterey features Steve Earle and the Dukes for a night full of rockin' bluegrass tunes. 8pm. 417 Alvarado Street, Monterey. $44-$88.


For a different take on Monterey Car Week head to Concours d’Lemons in Seaside. Hoopties, Rust Buckets, Misfits, Mistakes and the worst of the automotive world will be on display as celebrity judges award thrift store trophies. 8am-1:30pm. 440 Harcourt Avenue, Seaside. Free event.

Bayonet and Blackhorse Golf Courses in Seaside turn red, white and green today for the Concorso Italiano. Here over 1,000 Italian automobiles and motorcycles convene to show off their flashy wheels alongside Italian food, fashion and fun. 9:30am-4pm. 1 McClure Way, Seaside. $190.


Pick up handcrafted gifts and wares during Dali's Alley! The Dali Expo in downtown Monterey hosts over a dozen vendors selling a variety of crafts from fine art, jewelry, books, clothing, soaps and more. 12pm-5pm. 5 Custom House Plaza, Monterey. Free event. 

Get revved up in Seaside this afternoon during Exotics on Broadway. This adrenaline pumping car show showcases some of the most rare and exciting cars of our time alongside the companies that take these cars to the next level in performance and showmanship. 3pm-8pm. Broadway, Seaside. Free to spectators. 

Head to sunny Carmel Valley for an array of events at Earthbound Farms including a Flower Walk, Bug Walk, Bee Experience and Morning Yoga. Various times and prices. 7250 Carmel Valley Road, Carmel.


Today is the grand finale of Monterey Car Week! Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance exhibits some of the most unique pre-war and post-war cars, along with the latest in concept car design. Only the 175 best collector cars in the world roll on to the legendary eighteenth fairway at Pebble Beach, and only a handful of those will receive official recognition for the style, technical merit and historical accuracy of their vehicles. 10:30am-5pm. 2700 17 Mile Drive, Pebble Beach. $450.
