WELCOME TO THE COMMUNITY CONNECTION

Brought to you by the Monterey County Convention & Visitors Bureau

MASK GUIDANCE

The requirement for unvaccinated persons to mask in indoor public settings and businesses has been replaced by a strong recommendation that all persons, regardless of vaccination status, continue to mask while in indoor public settings and businesses. For more information, click here.

Please respect individual business requirements and inquire directly for information.

Help us keep Monterey County beautiful by properly disposing of all trash including face coverings!

BUSINESS RESOURCES

MONTEREY COUNTY

Under Monterey County's Business Council's program, "Building Business Back", a series of workshops are being produced.  The most recent on, "Money For Your Business"  was dedicated to educating local businesses on the various grants and loans available to them.  If you missed it, you may view the recording here.

The next workshop will be held on Thursday, May 26, 2022 at 11:00 am. The topic will be, "Federal Rescue Plan: Investments in Your Community". This discussion will be to review how the City of Salinas and the County of Monterey are spending their ARPA funds. You may register for the workshop here.

PACIFIC GROVE

Are you an owner or tenant of a commercial building in Pacific Grove's zoning district?  If so you may qualify for help to update your store or office front. The City of Pacific Grove has a returning program for 2022 to help qualified participants improve and enhance the physical appearance of their building storefront. The program offers façade improvement reimbursement, which helps building owners and tenants get a portion of their maintenance, repair and construction costs reimbursed. Learn more here.
