  Honoring Seven Generations
  Community Day of the Dead Altar & Show
  Opening: Friday, October 6-November 2, 2023.
  
  Welcome! Space in our Gallery is set aside for honoring our beloved departed family, friends and pets during this special time of year.
  
  ***Please take a few moments and think about your loved one(s). Next write their name and a short message on one of the blank popsicle sticks and place it in one of the metal basins.
  This is a simple and symbolic way of honoring/ remembering those loved ones who have passed.
  These messages will remain in place until November 2 (All Souls Day), at which time they will be gathered and driven to Asilomar Beach to be read aloud and and then ceremoniously burned in a small fire there.***
  
  Please come by during the next few weeks and continue honoring loved ones who have made it possible for all of us to be here. Offerings of flowers, photos and mementos are welcome.
  
  *All are invited to share in the Closing Ceremony at Asilomar Beach in the afternoon
