    FREE Tour – The Asilomar Ramble
    Take a tour with California State Parks! Join State Parks staff or docents for the "Asilomar Ramble" - our most popular tour.
    The Ramble is an overview of the history of Asilomar, the YWCA years and Julia Morgan Architecture. This park-led tour provides a wealth of knowledge about this coastal refuge, and you will walk away with a new perspective and renewed appreciation for Asilomar's history.

    The Ramble is an easy walk over paths and roadways through the lower campus of the conference grounds' "Historic Core". For additional information visit our
    WHEN: 10:00 AM – 11:15 AM
    WHERE: Meet inside the Hearst Social Hall at the California State Parks Desk.
    WHAT: History Tour - suitable for older children (8years and older) accompanied by parents. Large groups (8 plus people) are asked to schedule a separate tour time in advance.
    FREE: Tour maximum of 15. Sign-up sheet located at CA State Parks Desk.
    NOTE: cancelled if rain.
