  One of the most exciting events on the PGA TOUR is contested annually in front of thousands of spectators and millions of television viewers on Monterey County's premiere golf courses, Spyglass Hill Golf Course and Pebble Beach Golf Links.   Please note changes to this year's event compared to previous years:

  • 2024 is a signature event - mainly professional play focus

  • Amateurs will now compete alongside professionals (80 players) over the first two rounds, with the competition limited to only professionals for the final two rounds at Pebble Beach Golf Links

  • Played only at Spyglass Hill Golf Course and Pebble Beach Golf Links instead of Spyglass, Golf Links, AND MPCC

  • The field for the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am is expected to be approximately 70-80 players with eligibility categories including:

    • Top 50 in the previous season’s FedExCup standings

    • Top 10 available and not otherwise exempt from current FedExCup standings (The Next 10)

    • Top five available and not otherwise exempt FedExCup points earners from the swings leading up to each Signature Event (The Swing 5)

    • If not exempt from these three categories, current-year tournament winners and PGA TOUR members in the top 30 of the Official World Golf Ranking, and four sponsor exemptions for players who are PGA TOUR members

  • There will be no cut. Fans can expect to see players compete at Spyglass Hill Golf Course on Thursday and Friday and Pebble Beach Golf Links all four days. The winner will receive 700 FedExCup points and the total purse will be $20 million for each of the eight events

  • Given the Signature Event designation, there will be no celebrity events this year, and only a select number of notable amateurs will be playing on Thursday and Friday
