    Thursday, March 14th | 6pm to 9pm

    The evening will begin in The Club Room's fireside dining room with a Jameson social between friends. Our hosts for the evening Pernod Ricard, USA Brand Specialist and Christine Pedrotti, Market Manager will pour a selection of Irish Whiskies each perfectly paired to complement every course.

    Executive Chef Danny Abbruzzese and his team source the freshest locally sourced and sustainable ingredients available along the Central Coast. Inspired by St. Patrick's Day and traditional Irish fare, the Celtic Irish Whiskey dinner menu and pairings include:

    FIRST COURSE
    Classic Corn Beef & Cabbage

    SECOND COURSE
    Irish Potato & Crab Cake

    Paired with Jameson Cask Mates IPA

    THIRD COURSE

    FOURTH COURSE
    Harris Ranch Short Rib
    rodoni farm brussels, toasted chestnuts, banyuls vinegar
