The Festival of Winds was launched in 2021 to augment summer educational opportunities for gifted young wind players. The 2022 Festival of Winds teaching artists are Seth Morris (Principal Flute, Metropolitan Opera Orchestra), Liam Boisset (Oboe soloist), Anton Rist (Principal Clarinet, Metropolitan Opera Orchestra), Robert Rearden (Horn Faculty, Peabody Institute) and Harrison Miller (Principal Bassoon, Baltimore Symphony Orchestra).
