Frank Wiens will perform a classical piano recital including two of Liszts lovely transcriptions of Schubert songs, the Beethoven Waldstein sonata, and a collection of works by Russian composers. These will include piano compositions by Cui, Liapanov, Tchaikovsky, Scriabin, and Prokofiev, and conclude with the second sonata of Rachmaninov.
