  Get ready for the best party of your life! Ring in 2024 at Portola Hotel & Spa’s New Year’s Eve Party in downtown Monterey, CA. The year-end event will include an open bar, live music, dancing, a buffet dinner, a champagne toast, and more. Our annual New Year's Eve event begins at 7pm on Sunday, December 31, 2023, for guests 21+ and older.
  
  OPEN BAR ALL NIGHT
  
  Partygoers will be greeted with tray passed champagne upon arrival and the bars will be open all night. This Studio 54 inspired New Year’s Eve event in Monterey, will serve select chardonnay, pinot noir, cabernet, well cocktails, cordials, and beer selections like Peter B’s award-winning craft beer. Ring in 2024 with a champagne toast at midnight and a balloon drop under the trees in Jacks Monterey.

  It’s Studio 54! Dance, dance, dance with the Alison Sharino Band live in Jacks Monterey and the Portola Hotel & Spa. A versatile dance band with high energy and a unique electrifying sound, the Alison Sharino Band will perform a mix of hits from disco to contemporary music. Let the dance floor and lights transform your evening as you ring in 2024 under the tree-lined atrium at Portola's Studio 54. Before the night ends, capture your iconic Studio 54 look with photos at the photo booth provided by The Vintage PhotoBox™.

  Champagne and hand passed hors d'oeuvres like Artichoke Corn Fritters and Peppered Beef Crostini’s will be served during the opening reception at this Monterey New Year’s Eve event. Dinner will include a spectacular buffet selection with Wedge Salads, Prime Rib Au Jus, Pesto Stuffed Chicken, Seabass with Fennel Citrus Sauce, Potatoes Galette and much more. Indulge in decadent desserts like Mango Crème Brulee and Mini Cheesecakes. Complete the evening with late night snacks that compliment a night of food, drinks and dancing.

  Beauty thrived behind the velvet ropes at Studio 54. Recommended evening wear includes classic 1970’s looks -- express yourself through fashion with style, glitz and glam that attracts all the attention. While iconic with Studio 54, nudity and drugs are not permitted at this event.
  
  PARKING
  
  Parking is available at the Portola Hotel for an additional fee. Parking rates are not included in the New Year’s Eve ticket price. We encourage guests to drink responsibly and choose a local driving company like Uber, Lyft or a Taxi service.   Purchase tickets for the Portola Hotel’s Studio 54 inspired New Year’s Eve event in Monterey through Eventbrite. Ticket pricing includes tax and gratuity. Military must show a valid military ID at check-in. All guests will be required to show proof of age for this 21+ older event.
