Thanksgiving Buffet with Coastal Flair

Celebrate Thanksgiving in style at Salt Wood Kitchen & Oysterette, where Chef Marin and his culinary team are serving up holiday fixings with a coastal twist. On Thursday, November 28, 2024, from 2-6 p.m., guests and locals alike are invited to partake in a bountiful Thanksgiving Buffet, featuring an array of holiday favorites with a seaside spin, and live music by David Holodiloff. Menu highlights include:

  • Raw Bar: Freshly shucked oysters (Kumiai, Chelsea Gem, Kumamoto), poached jumbo prawns, steamed mussels, calamari cocktail, and more.
  • Bread Station: Grilled Otto’s seaweed sourdough and Parker House rolls served with whipped butter topped with salt wood house blend, Big Sur sea salt, and infused oils. 
  • Carving Station: Oak-smoked turkey breast with country gravy, wood-grilled honey maple-glazed ham, grilled halibut almondine, and more.  
  • Dessert Pie Bar: Seasonal pies and tarts, featuring heirloom apple varieties such as Opal, Lucy Glow, and Hidden Rose.
