Mirabel Hotel & Restaurant Group was founded by David Fink in 2004. The company is distinguished by its properties’ European style, gracious hospitality, contemporary ambiance, and culinary experiences in chef-driven restaurants. Mirabel’s award winning properties in Carmel-by-the-Sea include Relais & Châteaux members L’Auberge Carmel and its restaurant Aubergine, Cantinetta Luca and its retail arm Salumeria Luca and 400° Gourmet Burgers & Fries. In 2014 Mirabel presented the first annual Relais & Châteaux GourmetFest, a four-day international food and wine festival.
