The 2.5 acre shared-use estate is surrounded by an adobe wall that dates back to 1827. It will also feature a restaurant in the historic Spear Warehouse, as well as a bakery and grab-and-go café located in the front building, which was originally used as a bakery over a century ago. The property owners, The National Trust for Historic Preservation, plan to operate a living history museum in the two adobe homes, enchanting gardens and orchards on the property.
