9:00AM-11:30AM Arrivals to Portola Hotel

Portola Hotel & Spa

Clients will begin to arrive throughout the morning. Please check-in with the Front Desk and store your luggage. While you wait for your accommodations, enjoy free-time at the hotel and downtown area of Monterey.



1:00PM Welcome Orientation

Monterey Beach House

Appetizers, refreshments, and lunch will be served at the Monterey Beach House. Lauren and Nani will deliver a Welcome Orientation. Oriana Geraldo, Director of Sales will provide an overview of the Monterey Beach House, located walking distance from the Monterey Conference Center.

5:30PM Depart for Dinner

Meet down in the lobby to board your shuttle to dinner. Dinner will be held at Cima Collina Winery in the beautiful White Oak Cottage in Carmel Valley. Located in the bucolic hills of Carmel Valley, just 20 minutes from the downtown Monterey Peninsula, Cima Collina’s artisan wines and rich history offer guests the unique opportunity to explore the local wine industry while creating memorable experiences.

Experience a mediation session in the "Zen Den" followed by a tour with Nancy Whitman, Director of Sales and Events for the Monterey Conference Center. The new Monterey Conference Center has recently undergone a $60 million renovation.

Meditation will be held in the Stevenson Room, on the second-level of the Monterey Conference Center. Meditation will be guided by Katie Dutcher, Co-Founder of Monterey Bay Meditation Studio offering specially-crafted workshops and trainings for those groups interested in incorporating mindfulness into their culture and team-building.

12:00PM Monterey Bay Food Tours

Monterey Bay Food Tours

Lunch will be an adventure! With Monterey Bay Food Tours, you will be guided by Owner and Founder, Casey Aguilar to enjoy the first and only walking food tour in Monterey. Monterey Bay Food Tours offers tours of restaurants and iconic landmarks complete with unique tastings. For our custom tour, we will be picking up a couple surreys at 1:15 PM for use during our tour!

2:00PM Kayaking Tour

Adventures By The Sea

We will head to the Adventures By The Sea main shop for a Kayaking Tour. Adventures by the Sea offers kayak and bike rentals and tours, family bike (or surrey) rentals and standup paddle board rentals and lessons.

3:30PM Depart for Scenic Tour towards Asilomar

CCM&E transportation services will escort you via the scenic route to Asilomar Conference Grounds.

Tour of Asilomar Conference grounds will be given by Senior Sales Manager, Denise Morton. Learn the history of the vast, beautiful grounds and surrounding area.

5:00PM Head back to Portola

Time to refresh back at the hotel before dinner departure. We will meet back down in the lobby of the Portola and board our shuttle to dinner at 6:15 PM.



7:00PM Dinner at Salt Wood Kitchen and Oysterette

Please check out of the hotel and store your luggage for transportation to pick-up later. Then meet in the lobby to board CCM&E Transportation for the start of our day; 

We will be boarding the shuttle by 7:45 AM.
