Guestroom refresh. Lobby remodel. Lobby is estimated for Spring 2020

INTERCONTINENTAL THE CLEMENT MONTEREY

Installed travertine tile in all guest elevator corridors. Updated patio guestrooms. Replaced all guestroom drapes and guest corridor carpet. Completely remodeling restaurant by Summer 2020.

PORTOLA HOTEL & SPA

Guestroom and public spaces refresh. Estimated completion Spring 2020. Partial property closure
