Getting to Monterey County
Traveling to Monterey for your next meeting or event is easy with over 500 direct and one-stop flights from most major U.S. cities and many international cities. The convenient Monterey Regional Airport (MRY) has short, hassle-free security lines and is located 10 minutes from downtown Monterey. It's also an easy drive from San Francisco and Silicon Valley, or a scenic drive up famed Highway 1 from Los Angeles.
Plus, beginning December 19, 2026, travelers will have twice-daily nonstop flights from Los Angeles (LAX) and new daily nonstop service from Salt Lake City (SLC) to MRY through Delta.
