Chef Nuccio and his wife Anna long dreamed of owning a cozy neighborhood restaurant, and that dream became reality in November 2021 with the opening of Mangia in downtown Salinas. The restaurant serves traditional Italian dishes crafted with fresh, local ingredients, paired with a thoughtfully curated selection of local wines and beers. Together with their friendly and attentive staff, they strive to create a warm, welcoming space where the community can gather and share authentic Italian flavors inspired by childhood memories.
