Since 2015, she has led the dessert program at InterContinental The Clement Monterey, where her creations blend playful nostalgia with global inspiration. She’s also the talent behind Michelle Kneads Dough, a local cottage bakery, and a familiar face at top culinary events like Pebble Beach Food & Wine, with additional appearances on California Live and Halloween Baking Championship.
