A variety of Spanish and Monterey County wines are available, offering the perfect bottle to complement both the oysters and the Spanish-inspired cuisine and flavors served at Estéban.

Fresh oysters are shucked right at the bar by the restaurant’s skilled team. Whether enjoyed with a squeeze of lemon or a dash of Chef Steven’s spiced house-made hot sauce, Sundays at Estéban offer a relaxing and flavorful way to end the weekend.
