Monterey Peninsula Gospel Community Choir, under the direction of Mr. John L. Nash, Jr., is a tax-exempt, non-profit 501 C3 corporation dedicated to promoting Gospel Music in the Monterey area. They represent multiple ethnic groups and musical backgrounds and are united with a desire to learn and perform a wide variety of music from the tradition of Gospel Music.
MPGCC has a vision to provide:
Training in the art of performing Gospel Music
Education regarding Gospel Music
Events exposing our community to the diverse cultures of Gospel Music
Entertainment and services to those physically unable to attend concerts
