Shearwater Tavern’s Executive Chef Cory Harshman has prepared a selection of Easter brunch specials which will be available along with the full menu on Sunday, April 5, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. 

  • Merguez Hash: Spanish lamb sausage, potato, spring onion poached egg, chipotle hollandaise. $25
  • Spring Vegetable Frittata: asparagus, English peas, baby spinach, goat cheese. $22
  • Deviled Eggs: traditional filling, pickled mustard, tarragon. $14
  • Berry Panna Cotta: almond streusel. $14
  • Bottomless Mimosas. $29
