Minutes of the September 23, 2025 Special Board Development & Executive Committee Meeting Minutes
Recommended Action: Approve the draft minutes as presented
Regular Agenda
A. Board Chair Extension
Recommended Action: Discuss potential of current chair serving an additional year. Provide staff with recommendations.
B. Chair Elect Title and Responsibilities
Recommended Action: Discuss changing the title from Chair Elect to Vice Chair and review responsibilities. Vote to change title from Chair Elect to Vice Chair.
C. Film Commission
Recommended Action: Discuss the potential of See Monterey’s involvement in managing and provide staff with feedback.
D. Transaction Resolutions
Recommended Action: Discuss increasing the limit and when additional resolutions are needed. Vote to increase transaction resolution limits.
E. Board Recruitment Update
Recommended Action: Discuss open board seats and bylaws update to adjust total director chairs. Provide staff with recommendations.
