Annual Lavender Harvest Celebration
Bernardus Lodge & Spa is celebrating the beauty of the region with its Annual Lavender Harvest Celebration. Chef Christian & culinary gardener extraordinaire Mark Marino will stroll through the abundant Bernardus gardens, enjoying the 3,000 lavender plants in bloom. Afterwards, Lucia Restaurant & Bar will present a culinary adventure, with menu highlights of floral mojitos, watermelon salad with lavender vinaigrette, honey-lavender barbeque chicken & carrots, and Bernardus homegrown honey & lavender shortbread.
