Happy Birthday Asilomar! 

The public is invited to mark Asilomar's 112th birthday with free tours, music, and refreshments. Free tours throughout the day begin at the bottom of the steps in front of the Social Hall.

The first YWCA conference was held at Asilomar during the first week of August,1913. Tour buildings designed by Julia Morgan, California's first licensed female architect. Learn why the YWCA commissioned them and what has happened here over the last 112 years.

Dune Walk -- Stroll through Asilomar's restored Dune Habitat Natural Preserve -- one of the most successful dune restoration projects in the United States. Learn how dunes are formed, how State Parks restored this habitat, and how healthy dune habitats help shield us from the impacts of climate change.
