Gino's is owned and operated by the Bozzo family of Cosenza, Italy. Gino's got its start in Salinas in 1975 and has been serving the best authentic Italian dishes in the area ever since. Coming from southern Italy, we specialize in all types of pasta dishes. Luigi Bozzo once said, "If I'm going to run a restaurant, everything must be fresh; and we must put out a quality dish, at a fair price!" So, in keeping with this tradition, we've withstood the test of time and hope to keep serving the Salinas area for many more years to come.
