  With Cobra as the automotive marque, in 1995 Caroll Shelby came to town to help launch our first auto rally to raise funds for the Pacific Grove Youth Center. The Pacific Grove Rotary Concours Auto Rally is now established as one of the most popular free-to-spectator events of Car Week on the Monterey Peninsula.

  The 2023 event will be led on held on Friday, August 18th. To celebrate the 70th anniversary of the longest running nameplate of any car on the road today, the marque for 2023 will be the Corvette.

  Our annual event is geared for those enthusiasts who own, drive, or appreciate all cars, especially Vintage, Classic, Sports, and Luxury vehicles. Registration and staging of participating cars begin at noon along Lighthouse Avenue in the heart of Pacific Grove. Spectators arrive throughout the afternoon to view the staged vehicles and to watch them depart on the rally drive that follows a scenic route along the magnificent Pacific Grove and Pebble Beach shoreline. The rally returns to downtown Pacific Grove. If you wish to dine at any of ou r fine restaurants, be sure to make reservations well ahead.

  Proceeds from the event support Rotary Club of Pacific Grove projects and local youth programs. Projects funded over the history of the event have included the Pacific Grove Youth Center and high school driver-training scholarships.
