Tai Chi for Beginners with Liana Olson, Senior Trainer of the Tai Chi for Health Institute. A six-week series: March 3 - April 7; Join for one session or the entire series.
Tai Chi for Beginners was designed by Dr. Lam and his team of tai chi experts. This Tai Chi program is learner-friendly and is based on the most popular Yang style 24 Forms. The Beginners set gives students an easy-to-learn format that leads to a solid foundation. The program takes learners on an enjoyable journey to better health and harmony through the power of tai chi, building in steps that incorporate warm-ups, Qigong, stepping exercises, foundation movements, and exploring the connections between movements. Tai Chi principles are introduced in each session. It is both a safe and a satisfying program. To learn more, watch the video, Anyone Can Learn Tai Chi, here.
