Join the fun on Saturday, August 9 at 5 PM for a scenic community run and fundraiser benefiting AFRP (Animal Friends Rescue Project). This unique event along the Pacific Grove coastal trail offers two race options: a 5K with a 5-card stud hand and a 10K with 7-card stud. Runners collect cards at checkpoints, with prizes awarded to the top 2 finishers in each distance and the best poker hands.
Both races begin at Hops and Fog Brewing, with the 10K starting at 5 PM and the 5K at 5:30 PM. Enjoy fresh air, coastal views, and minimal road crossings. Every participant receives a free beer, a commemorative T-shirt, and a chance to win the 50/50 raffle, with proceeds supporting AFRP.
