The beloved annual fundraiser makes a significant impact by helping to sustain vocational training for our students while also feeding families in need. Purchase boxes for yourself or donate boxes to families in need via the Boys & Girls Clubs of Monterey County, Salvation Army Salinas, The Food Bank for Monterey County and Second Harvest Food Bank.

What’s in the boxes amounts to much more than healthy food options. It’s a taste of our home—what has been referred to as the “Salad Bowl of the World.” Every Veggie Box may include everything from strawberries and lettuce to artichokes and Brussels sprouts—each a symbol of the region’s agricultural backbone.

The week-long event concludes with a delicious BBQ lunch, prepared on-site by our culinary team and volunteers. Lunches are available by pre-order only and sell out fast. Enjoy your meal on our beautiful grounds, or take it to go.
