Our ancestors settled on California’s Central Coast in 1864 and began farming the land we call 43 Ranch. Our family are proud fifth and sixth generation farmers. The soil characteristics and mild climate of the southern Salinas Valley mirror the characteristics of old world olive growing regions. We hope you can taste the passion that comes from our love of the land we call 43 Ranch.

Everything we do is designed to deliver world-class olive oils. We hand pick our olives in the cool, morning air, cold press within hours, bottle in containers that shield the oil from light, and warehouse in a climate controlled dark room. By following these steps, we deliver the intense flavors you should expect from craft extra virgin olive oil.
