Ad Astra Bread Co.

Ad Astra is a small, local bakery specializing in handmade, long-fermented sourdough breads. We love supplying our community with delicious breads and treats but can only bake so much each day and often sell out. To make sure you get what you're looking for, consider placing a pre-order for next-day pick up or delivery. You can also come visit us at one of the weekly farmer's markets we attend, for which we bake a larger variety of items, but be sure to get there early!

You can find us at the Pacific Grove Farmer's Market on Monday's 3-7; at the Carmel Farmer's Market on Thursday's from 10-2; and on Sunday's at the Carmel Valley Farmer's market.
