As guests settle in, the 4-Course Agave Harvest Dinner begins with each course thoughtfully crafted by Executive Steven Patlan to showcase the flavors of the season while harmonizing with unique agave spirits.
This is more than just a culinary event! The evening opens with a vibrant performance by Aztec Dancers, setting the tone for an unforgettable celebration. Guests will witness the artistry and passion of these dancers during the reception. Learn how the blue agave plant is harvested to make tequila with a live demonstration by a talented jimador, who harvests blue agave plants using a specialized tool called a Coa de Jima to slice and prepare the agave.
Reservations are required for this exclusive event. The cost is $155 per person, all-inclusive (Eventbrite fees will apply), and guests must be 21 years of age or older.
