Aria Women’s Choir celebrates its 15th anniversary season with Where Mercy Dwells: Sacred Songs for Women’s Voices. Led by Dr. Seán Boulware with collaborative pianist Jon-Mark Hurley, the ensemble explores peace, compassion, forgiveness, and hope through music spanning centuries. The program brings together Hildegard von Bingen, Palestrina, and Monteverdi with contemporary composers Elaine Hagenberg, Dan Forrest, Susan LaBarr, and others. Highlights include I Will Be a Child of Peace, And Can It Be?, I Choose Love, and Elijah Rock! The concert takes place at Pacific Grove’s Butterfly Church. Doors open 30 minutes before the performance.
