Carmel Guitar Society welcomes world-recognized classical guitar master Jason Vieaux to The Founders Theatre. The last CGS concert of the 2026 season promises a grand finale with the Grammy-winning artist Gramophone calls "among the elite of today's classical guitarists," and who has prepared a special repertoire for Carmel-by-the-Sea audiences. Noted for performances of Pat Metheny’s Fur Paths and credited for "part of the revitalized interest in classical guitar" by The Huffington Post, this is an artist not to be missed. As part of the initiative to expand access in Monterey County, Carmel Guitar Society presents this show at a large venue to accommodate a larger audience. Jason Vieaux is the perfect artist to pique attention and draw more community members out for a night of live music and connection.
