Rising star Jennifer Kim will perform a classical guitar concert at Pacific Grove Art Center. The seventh of eight shows in the 2026 CGS concert series features a Peabody-trained professional guitarist with a performance degree from Johns Hopkins, national broadcast credentials and significant early-career awards. Legendary classical guitar master, Pepe Romero, praised Jennifer Kim as a "wonderful musician and guitarist." Featured by NPR Music’s From the Top, Guitar Foundation of America and Guitar Salon International, she has become known for her virtuosic technique and expressive sensitivity with the instrument. Performing for some of the most respected and recognized institutions, audiences and venues, Jennifer Kim’s repertoire includes works by and with Sergio Assad and Manuel Barrueco.
