he Monterey County Fair returns September 3–7, 2026 with this year’s theme, “Cowboy Boots & Coastal Roots”. Get ready for five unforgettable days of carnival rides, live entertainment, rodeos, motorcycle races, agriculture, shopping, fair food, exhibits, community celebrations, and nonstop family fun at the Monterey County Fair & Event Center.
Fair hours are 11 AM – 11 PM Thursday through Sunday and 10 AM – 11 PM on Monday. Pre-sale tickets are on sale now online: Adults (13–61) $14, Seniors (62+) $11, Children (6–12) $7, and children 5 and under are always free. Ticket prices increase September 3.
