Pacific Repertory Theatre presents The Beat Goes On, a high-energy tribute concert celebrating the music, style and spirit of the late 1960s and early 1970s. Hosted by PacRep's own Sonny and Cher impersonators, the concert packs iconic hits, close harmonies and vintage flair, delivered with wit, charm and a sly wink at the era that defined "groovy." The set list ranges from sunny pop anthems and Motown magic to folk-rock favorites and disco-era sparkle — the soundtrack of a generation that believed music could change the world. Bell bottoms are optional; good vibes are guaranteed. Tickets are $11 to $55 at PacRep.org, the only official ticket outlet.
