The program officially launches with “Paws & Pour at the Inn,” a festive National Dog Day celebration held in the hotel’s courtyard and Terry’s Restaurant + Lounge on Wednesday, Aug. 26, from 4 to 7 p.m. In partnership with Tito’s Handmade Vodka, the evening will feature handcrafted cocktails, dog- and human-friendly giveaways, and a monetary donation from Love, Tito’s to the Doris Day Animal Foundation — continuing the Inn’s longstanding commitment to animal welfare. Established in 2004 by animal behaviorist Colleen Paige, National Dog Day raises awareness about pet adoption, responsible pet ownership, and the organizations dedicated to improving the lives of dogs.
