Born in Rome and trained by his father’s side in his 5-star restaurant on the Island of Capri, Executive Chef Federico Rusciano’s culinary career has taken him from Italy to Mexico and throughout California, and now home in The Pocket.

During his 8 years as General Manager of Pebble Beach’s Peppoli Restaurant, Chef Federico achieved the Certification of Sommelier from the Court of Master Sommelier. His passion for perfect wine and culinary pairings transforms your meal into a true culinary experience you won’t soon forget.
