Vesuvio, Trattoria-Bar-Pizzeria
At Vesuvio, Chef Pèpe’s culinary style takes the so called “Mediterranean Diet” to the next level. Large dining room with wood-burning oven, full bar, and extensive wine list comprised of wines from Southern Italy and selected California regions. Chef Pèpe heats up the night with his swinging rooftop terrace under the Carmel stars and lively trattoria downstairs. Upstairs, relax in comfy chairs by the fire pits and enjoy a bird’s-eye views of the village.
Vesuvio’s Starlight Rooftop Lounge features a unique collection of mixed drinks, specialty crafted cocktails and the area’s best beer selection. The Starlight Lounge is Monterey County’s only rooftop lounge. Happy Hour erupts from 4:00pm to 6:00pm every day of the week, with the town’s best burger coming off the mesquite grill and Italian-Asian Fusion Sushi created by our Iron Chef Yoichi. Pizza out of the wood-burning oven and small plates are served, and you can also order off the regular dinner menu as well.
